See the details below. Additional information: This role will be fully remote working Eastern time zone hours based in Canada. The successful candidate will have a strong background of working with digital and social channels and have a love of technology. You MUST excel in producing, engaging in creative social media and digital work across planning, strategy, and media. Ideally you have experience working for clients in regulated industries but are still able to innovate in the social space. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering social communities through Tik Tok, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Pinterest. Working closely with the brands and in conjunction with the team’s account and design members, you will be representing the voice of the consumer, monitoring conversations, ideating creative, managing the creative process, posting content, and managing the daily operations of various social challenges. This is about engaging, building and proactively managing a positive social media community as well as working with clients and team members to plan and create monthly social content calendars/strategies, increasing social reach and engagement. The successful candidate will also have an intuitive, up-to-the-minute feel for the major platform algorithms based on recent first-hand experience of managing active, growing social channels, most likely within a digital publishing or brand environment; and the ability to turn that knowledge and data into clear actionable direction for content creatives and producers. What You Will Be Doing: - Manage content calendars for multiple brands and oversee the strategic approach for various channels; - Keep up to date with the latest social trends & tools, leveraging them for social campaigns and providing strategic recommendations for implementation; - Create timely and engaging content optimized for platform uses and intended audience; - Collaborate with creative team on social creation process; - Continue to refine and define our clients’ social media marketing process; - Work closely with the Account Management and Creative teams to develop new social media opportunities for revenue growth.
