Rate: The salary for this position is $23 per hour based upon a San Francisco location. Offered salary is dependent upon experience and location. Additional info: Qualifications: A highly driven, passionate, organized, and creative content specialist who is obsessed with social media, particularly TikTok and Instagram. Ability to produce creative video and photo assets that are engaging and on theme with Fenty’s aesthetic and style. Capable of concepting, shooting, and editing quickly and independently. Thrives off of creating content that genuinely connects with audiences; must have confidence in front of a camera. Bold, creative, out-of-the-box thinker who is also has strong attention to detail and understands the nuances of Tiktok and Instagram content. Strong project management skills. Proactive with an entrepreneurial mindset. Ability to write and edit via commentary and community management articulating the brand “voice” in a creative, compelling, and witty manner. Experience monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on KPIs and using data to understand and adjust social media strategy. Responsibilities: Self-guided social content creation (from concepting to shooting to editing). Support social calendar management, responding/engaging with the Fenty audience, and sourcing rights to repost content from external sources. Provide ongoing social media reporting updates to the broader Marketing team. Help maintain the monthly social media calendar based on objectives and strategies of the wider team and Marketing calendar. Edit content within TikTok/Instagram and/or external editing apps (audio, onscreen text, etc.) with a sense of urgency and high attention to detail. Identify trends, opportunities, and ideas to support development of content strategy. Monitor social media channels outside of standard work hours as needed. Support social shoot planning, including creating storyboards and mood boards, assisting with shoot logistics, fulfilling product needs, etc. Contribute to inventive social-first ideas within brainstorms or whenever asked for ad hoc ideas Source potential influencers and creators for team to partner with. Identify opportunities to surprise, delight, and show the community members how much the company appreciates them. Support the 360 social plans for launches/activations Share community insights with marketing team and larger team when necessary (e.g. new techniques, new info about existing products, beauty trends, etc.) If you are interested, please apply.
