"A TEXAS CAROL, PART DEUX" First Rehearsal: November 5, 2024; Performances: November 27 - December 22, 2024 (no performance on Thanksgiving). 2. "THE FOREIGNER" First Rehearsal: January 7, 2025' Performances: January 29 - February 23, 2025. 3. "HOW TO DIE: THE LIFE OF DIETRICH BONHOEFFER" First Rehearsal: March 18, 2025; Performances: April 9-27, 2025; Possible Extension through May 4, 2025. 4. "THE WIZARD OF OZ" First Rehearsal: June 10, 2025; Performances: July 9 - August 3, 2025; Possible Extension through August 10, 2025. Rate: LOA / $568 weekly minimum (Ref. to LORT). Additional info: Please prepare EITHER two contrasting monologues OR one monologue & one 16-bar cut. (If using an accompanist, bring sheet music in the proper key and with any cuts clearly marked.) "THE FOREIGNER" Elderly widow who owns the resort lodge. A hard worker, she has a fun, sarcastic nature, with moments of ditziness. Everyone’s southern Appalachian grandmother.
"THE FOREIGNER" Catherine’s fiancé. Seems like a charmer and sophisticated young religious man on the surface (“a good man to have on our side”), but shows his true, cruel colors when alone with Charlie.

"THE WIZARD OF OZ" (Mezzo/Mix) Young Kansas girl, earnest, expressive, and strong-willed, in search of something more. Strong singer who moves well.
"THE WIZARD OF OZ" (Baritone, to F) Plucky and clever in a pinch, even while lacking a brain. An honest quality. Excellent dancer – acrobatic skills a bonus.
"THE WIZARD OF OZ" (Baritone/Tenor, to G) Desperate for a heart. A kind-hearted romantic. Singing and dance required.
"THE WIZARD OF OZ" (Baritone, to F) A mix of bravado and cowardice. Should move well. Cuddly with excellent comic timing.
"THE WIZARD OF OZ" Character villain with an over-the-top stage presence. Excellent comic, has a killer cackle. Sings comically so doesn’t have to have a strong voice.
"THE WIZARD OF OZ" Older father figure with an eccentric flair. Basic conjuring or sleight of hand a bonus. Non-Singing.
"THE WIZARD OF OZ" (Soprano) Aunt Em is demanding but loves her niece. Non-singing. Glinda is the Good Witch of the North, benevolent and beloved. Strong singer.
"THE WIZARD OF OZ" (Baritone) Uncle Henry is Dorothy’s pleasant uncle. Non-signing. Guard is a comedic with a big presence. Children and youth will be cast as Munchkins, Winkies, Flying Monkeys, etc. but will be auditioned at a separate, yet-to-be-scheduled date.
