4 roles

SierraFemale24-28 y.o.White / Caucasian Other Native American

Half Indigenous, half Caucasian. Notes: Special consideration if you identify with the Aspec community. Sierra has everything figured out. At least she’s convinced herself she does. Feeling dejected after an awkward encounter/almost meet-cute with a boy she thought would have made a wonderful friend. She’s faced with the fact that she may not be able to fit the ideal mold of herself that she’s been striving for since high school graduation.

CrystalBoth genders25-29 y.o.Native American

Ethnicity—Indigenous. Notes: In the script Crystal is written with She/Her pronouns. While it is not a necessity -- we would like to find a non-binary or gender fluid actor to fill this role. On the surface Crystal seems like the shy and reserved type but upon further inspection it’s clear that Crystal is very grounded and secure with who they are. You’d never think it seeing them outside of the explicit content they create for their online persona—they are in fact a sex worker.

Jaxon/JaxMale27-31 y.o.All ethnicities

But special consideration for Indigenous actors. On the surface Jax seems like the most boring Guy Bro in all of existence. He’ll be the last to make an appearance at a party and the first to leave; dressed in black sweats and a grey t-shirt, then spend the majority of his time scrolling on his phone while leaning on a wall or claiming the comfiest chair. He is the epitome of Chill with a capital C.

CecilBoth genders18-56 y.o.All ethnicities

Looking for a musician to play Cecil. Cecil doesn’t officially have a speaking roll. Must be able to play guitar. This role will require you to play guitar subtly matching the tone of the scene. Cecil is also here for comic relief and will require you to improvise a short “song”.
