About the project: Anya, a Ukrainian refugee, finds herself adjusting to her new life in Canada, but when the devastating loss of her parents in the war strikes, she's confronted with unimaginable grief and guilt. In a poignant emotional journey, Anya unravels the untold story of war's silent sufferers—the innocent civilians who become the unintended casualties of conflict. Rate: Non union. Volunteer project, compensation will be an IMDB credit and the final footage to use for your demo reels with the potential of a small honorarium when directors go into production in the fall TBD. Additional information: AUDITION LOCATION Online, Callbacks will be in person TBA. SHOOT/PERFORMANCE DATE(S) April 19th - 21st or TBA. SHOOT/PERFORMANCE LOCATION(S) Vancouver and Surrounding Areas. Directors will follow and do everything to comply with public health measures. Including halting all production until we receive the green light from the public health officials and the mandates are lifted. If directors can work, with restrictions they will follow all directives and make sure everyone is staying safe and following those protocols. Including but not limited to, wearing a mask, staying 2 feet apart, and wearing gloves. Directors will set up sanitizing hand section areas, as well as constantly wiping and sanitizing surfaces and equipment. An appointed health and safety liaison will be on set to make sure everyone is adhering to the rules and regulations. Directors will hold daily safety meetings to review important information such as the location of the nearest hospital, the day's schedule, and protocols in case of emergencies.
