Logline: An untimely death reunites two estranged friends, and they reflect on their past as they wait out a storm. Synopsis: A memorial gathering for a young man named CJ (23) brings his old high school classmates back together. After the gathering, CHARLOTTE (22) finds herself at ARIANNA’S (23) house to wait out a storm. During this time, they reflect on their graduation trip five years prior, which was the last time they were all together and life was a little less complicated. We will see this through a prolonged flashback sequence that explores the joviality and trivial qualms of youth. By the time the storm rolls out, BRANDON (23) joins them, and they’re consoled by the fact that, while things may never be the same without CJ, pain has no choice but to subside when faced with the passing of time.
