Looking for Voice Actors for Audio Technology

We are looking for actors with Boston accents to help us improve audio technology. The purpose of this project is to collect voice recordings of a series of provided prompts. The data submitted will be used to improve voice recognition technologies. To participate you should meet the following qualifying criteria: Be over 18 years old. Be a resident of the U.S. Be a native speaker of English (US). Possess a regional accent from one of the following: New York City, Boston, Upper Midwest (MN, SD or ND) or South (NC, SC, GA, AL, MS, LA, AR, TX, OK, TN, or KY). Own any Samsung Galaxy S phone, capable of recording at least 16kHz. Pass an initial audio screening. This consists of submitting an audio recording sample during your registration, which will be used to verify your regional accent. All submissions will be checked by our Quality Assurance team and compensation will be provided for fully completed and accepted assets.
