Acting Audition For Short Movie "The Salesman"
Casting call for short film "The Salesman". In need of actors. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE CONSIDERED. See the roles below. About the project: "The Salesman" centers around a middle-aged man who is caught up in his father's dirty business, and his lady friend who is on a downward spiral. A visit from a mysterious salesman challenges their perspective on reality, and soon prompts them to fight for their lives. Rate: Only small stipend provided. Additional info: Project: Stylized, high contrast, monochromatic (browns & blues), dream-like logic. All applying actors should have a strong sense of facial expression (perhaps trained in physical theater). Movement and gestures are first text is secondary. Shoot Dates: TBD according to cast availability within time frame below: 1 day rehearsal/camera blocking on location at 6h 2-3 nights from 7pm - midnight (any of March 29th, 30th, April 5th, 6th).
