Usage: GRANT OF USAGE RIGHTS: OLV/TVC: Non-Union Usage is assumed to be a one year buyout for all media in the US. STILLS: Usage is assumed to be a one year for all digital media, social, e-comm, new-media, web and PR, all Print media, including Print, OOH, Collateral and Sales Materials EXCLUSIVITY: N/A TERRITORY: USA except for any and all.Internet/Social/Digital which is Worldwide TERM: 1 year per Commercial commencing with first public use of said Commercial.
