Rate: The compensation for this position ranges from $55,000- $75,000 (annually). Additional info: This will be a hybrid position, with a minimum requirement of 2 days a week in the New York City office. What You'll Do: Content Creation: Create compelling, informative blog posts, articles, emails, social posts, and video content focused on pet health & wellness and the financial & emotional aspects of pet ownership to educate and engage today’s modern pet parents and veterinary professional, plus drive awareness and adoption of pet insurance Content Strategy & Planning: Play a lead role in content planning, calendar development, and building content strategies that align with priority topics and performance goals Research & Insights Gathering: Conduct independent research and gather insights, data, and input from multiple internal and external experts to inform your content creation SEO Optimization: Stay on top of evolving SEO best practices and apply them to your writing to optimize blog and website content for search engines, increase rankings, and maximize reach Industry Knowledge & Trends: Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in animal health and pet insurance to provide accurate up-to-date info to our audiences Brand Voice & Messaging: Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across content, reflecting Pumpkin’s values and commitment to pet welfare Legal & Compliance: Ensure all content complies with regulatory guidelines and industry standards, maintaining a high level of accuracy and transparency Performance Analysis: Monitor content performance metrics, analyze user engagement, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement Work fast.
