Overly optimistic, friendly and neighborly comic book enthusiast. Kind of like Ned Flanders from The Simpsons. Good natured and polite man like the grandpa or uncle everybody wishes they had.
Nihilistic yet subtly charismatic homeless woman who has been beaten down by life already despite her young age. Also a comic book fan, which is what allows her to bond with Simeon.
