Seeking Baseball Players for MLB Baseball Commercial

ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE CONSIDERED. The casting company seeks baseball enthusiasts to participate in a commercial set to air during Major League Baseball’s opening weekend. See more details below. Additional info: Casting director Brian Beegle shared details, stating, “In this commercial, we envision an old-timey baseball game, and we’re in need of authentic baseball players and a multitude of extras.” The baseball commercial will be filming on February 7th at Luther Williams Field in Macon, Georgia. The deadline to apply in order to be considered for this commercial is this coming Friday. When applying, please provide your name, playing position, and the duration of your involvement in baseball. The submission should include a landscape video showcasing the player from head to toe, mimicking the act of watching a batter from the field. Pitchers are instructed to gaze into the lens as if it were the catcher’s mitt and simulate a pitch. Shortstops, catchers, and outfielders should act as if they are tracking the pitch, field the ball, and make a throw. The entire video should not exceed 30 seconds.
