Acting Audition for Paid Short Film
ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ADMITTED. Currently in need of actors to play roles in a short film. More details are below. About the project: A young Ukrainian man with PTSD rides the train, while observing the life of those around him, ultimately triggering his own PTSD. Rate: Non union. Honorarium. Additional information: Shoot dates: January and early Spring TBD. Location: Calgary, AB. Submission deadline: January 27th. When applying, please submit a video with you reading a dramatic monologue of your choice, along with your acting resume and any other experience.

Preferably of Arab or South Asian descent. MUST speak English fluently. Strong and confident character who is madly in love with her best friend, and cannot find the words to express it.
This character has no dialogue. Jasmine's best friend, and oblivious to the fact that she is in love with him.
MUST have scene fighting experience.
