“Bank Job” Play Searching For Cast

Venice, FL, United States
ID: 253845Exp: 2/17/2024
Description:

Actors job for play “Bank Job”. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE CONSIDERED. See the details below. About the project: "Two brothers pull off a bank heist. But their escape plan through an executive washroom hits an unexpected snag. Then, a young woman, a cop, and a hostage show up. What ELSE could go wrong? The steal gets stopped in this comic romp that explodes in hilarious, high-energy shenanigans…with a little romance thrown in. Bank Job is a heist-gone-wrong comedy/drama with farcical elements, containing an in-an-instant romance, sibling rivalry, unresolved family squabbles, and many surprises. Dramatic storylines emerge after a comedic setup. This is comedy sprinkled with poignancy." Additional info: Audition Requirements: Theatre has adopted the standard that monologues are required for all auditions. They may be memorized or read. You will have a maximum of two minutes total to present your monologue. Presenting two contrasting monologues (dramatic/comedic) within the two-minute time limit is fine.
