"(Wo)Mansville" Once a dedicated scientist, Ethel gave up her career to marry her husband, Robert, and raise their son, Robbie (Robert Jr.). She and Robert moved to Mansville around the time that their son was born. Her early ambitions of scientific discovery were cut short by motherhood, but she (usually) doesn’t regret it. Weapons: Baseball Bat with barbed wire (“Lucille”), Bombs and traps, knife.
"(Wo)Mansville" Ethel’s husband. A scientist at Wilkerson Labs. It never entered his mind that Ethel might have wanted to pursue her career instead of full-time motherhood.
"(Wo)Mansville" A transplant from Kansas, Dottie’s family moved to Mansville six years ago, while Dottie was in high school. A sweet southern farm girl at heart, Dottie considers Mansville to be the biggest town in which she’s ever lived. She recently married her high school sweetheart, Steve. Weapons: Shotgun, pitchfork, frying pan, shovel.
"(Wo)Mansville" Dottie’s husband and high school sweetheart. He recently started a new job at the Mansville Bank. A genuinely good guy who wants to take care of the people he loves, but in doing so has a tendency to treat Dottie like a kid instead of a grown woman.
"(Wo)Mansville" Rose’s husband of over 20 years. The local plumber, who is universally adored by the people of Mansville. A drunk who is verbally and physically abusive.
"(Wo)Mansville" A lifelong resident of Mansville. While she and her husband Eli never had children, she devoted herself to the town, and has at least tangential involvement in every major charity and organization. After twenty-plus years of her leadership, this town wouldn’t function without her. Weapons: Plumber’s wrench, chainsaw, ax, her hands.
"Cemetery Calling" Estranged from her father. Middle School teacher using humor to treat the pain of her losing her fiancé to COVID. Irritated that her father died leaving her to step up.
"Cemetery Calling" Teacher who died in the fire. As the plot indicates the dead can be any age they prefer while waiting to 'move on,' the actress need only be an adult.
"Cemetery Calling" Student who died in the fire at age 15 and has remained at the cemetery still trying to help his fellow students to move on.
"Cemetery Calling" Adult who looks young. Teenage paperboy who lives in the neighborhood.
"Cemetery Calling" Died in the fire trying to save his brother.
"Cemetery Calling" Father visiting his sons' graves 40 years after the fire.
"Distant Stars" Young adult. Rather broken and war-worn.
"Distant Stars" Confident, curious, oddly nurturing, very sarcastic.
"Distant Stars" Older, traditionally male but have fun with this. (It’s God, any form will work.) In retirement and showing it. Living His best life.
