Scott Fitzgerald’s “The Beautiful and Damned,” adapted by Abbey Marshall, follows 25-year-old Anthony Patch, the unambitious and braggadocious presumptive heir to his wealthy grandfather’s fortune. He and his wife, Gloria, enjoy the spoils of youth and beauty in American cafe society during World War I, until their reckless pursuit of happiness ultimately ruins them. Rate: Non-Union. Unpaid. Additional info: Callbacks: Wednesday, January 24th, from 6 PM – 9 PM. Performances: March 22nd, 23rd, and 24th 2024. What to prepare: Two, one-minute contrasting monologues.
