Characters such as Red, White and Blue Jay, Two-Headed Three-Toed Tree Toad and their friends help to relate the message that America, in spite of its shortcomings, is still a place where individuals of all backgrounds can live in freedom with the hope of greater equality. After misadventures aboard a pirate ship, Red, White and Blue Jay and friends escape and return to America in time to see George Washington inaugurated in New York as President of the United States. They form a theatrical troupe and cruise up and down the eastern seaboard. They stop in every port to perform the Amendment Show in which the Bill of Rights is presented. This energetic, and fun musical celebrates the musical style of American Vaudeville. It is a show that children and families will enjoy as the Bill of Rights are introduced to the next generation of Americans.
