About the project: "Chrono Mirror" is a high-action, fast paced platformer with elements of both typical side-scrolling platformer action games, and fighting games with its combo mechanics and boss combat. Pair up two characters to swap between during missions, creating unique combos and strategies. Each character has strengths and weaknesses, so making the correct combination of characters can determine the success of a mission. Rate: This is a paid opportunity, however, the amount of work right now will be limited to the first few chapters of the game, which will be used for a Demo to promote a Kickstarter campaign. Nagisa is the main guard at the gate of Kyokani Village. Dutiful and vigilant, she feels extreme responsibility for the safety of others, so much so that she often goes nights without sleep, unable to leave her post for fear that things will go wrong otherwise. As such, she often has a gloomy appearance due to her sleep deprivation. Despite this, she is always cheerful and willing to help others, so long as she can keep everyone out of danger.
Tharia is a young girl that was born half-human, half-demon. She constantly struggles to keep her demon half in check, as she would otherwise devour any human nearby. Pragmatic and serious, she has a hard time interacting with others, given how much she distances herself from people. Having grown up basically alone her whole life, she studied swordsmanship to learn to defend herself, and her village, without need to use her demonic powers.
Nuage is an extroverted, outgoing woman, and an ex-Leinholte soldier, leaving per the military's methods becoming more and more violent. Having been a soldier before, she has a very strong sense of justice, and is extremely skilled in combat. Despite this, she has a very casual and talkative nature, often having friendly chats with even her enemies and targets during missions. However she can be serious and determined when necessary.
Despite being very young, impulsive, and relatively inexperienced, Abigail was appointed as a Leinholte officer due to her super-human strength and durability. She is hot-blooded but, like most Leinholte soldiers, she is extremely loyal, in particular to her team and those she considers friends. She places a high amount of trust in people’s words, sometimes to her detriment, but easily forgives and is cheerful the majority of the time.
