Additional info: Almost Boston is a 30-minute comedy short/pilot to be filmed in Portland, March 10-16, 2024 The film will be entered into festivals and shopped for possible additional projects. Actors will be provided clips, we want to celebrate your work with you! Directors are in the process of an agreement (short project) with SAG AFTRA to film this project using both union and non-union actors. There is no nudity, sex, or violence but there is a Rooster. Will be following SAG AFTRA Covid protocol. Please apply if interested.

Fumbling undercover FBI agent. The only reason he’s still employed is because his mother is a high-ranking FBI official who has assigned Ray and Geo to watch over him while he fumbles through his current assignment of keeping Jessica safe. His last assignment failed. His idea of blending in is looking like a tourist on vacation.
Confident and angry French chef. He despises the food card pod but has his own coffee and pastry cart there to drive customers to his French restaurant across the street. He is easily drawn into illegal activity.
Dancer (dancing not required), moves with grace but has a rock band groupie vibe. She is a little rough around the edges and recently out of prison after taking the fall for her ex-boyfriend’s drug dealing. She is focused on getting her life back together and return to her love of dancing professionally.
Non-speaking role, dressed in a banana costume, plays the violin. Should have your own violin and be able to play a couple of tunes.
