The Musical "Falsettos" In Need of Talent

About the project: Synopsis: Hilarious, heartbreaking and utterly unique, Falsettos is a contemporary musical about family, relationships, bar mitzvahs, baseball and AIDS. When Marvin leaves his wife Trina and son Jason to be with his lover Whizzer, tempers flare, problems escalate and everyone learns to grow up. Rate: Non Union. Compensation on a profit share model. Additional information: Timeline runs from January 2024 - April 28, 2024. Rehearsals 2-3 times weekly, on weeknights and Saturdays. Location TBD in the downtown Toronto core. Performance Dates: April 19, 20, 21, 25, 26, 27, 2024. Please prepare a 1-2 minute vocal self tape of a musical theatre selection that best corresponds with the character(s) you wish to be considered for. For the casting of Marvin, Trina, Jason, Whizzer, and Mendel, directors will be prioritizing performers who identify as Jewish.
