Your key responsibilities will include: Market Research: Conduct in-depth research on the Dallas real estate market, staying updated on industry trends and market dynamics. Content Creation: Create captivating written and visual content for Surrealty Locatings website, blog, and social media channels. This may include blog articles, social media posts, infographics, and more. Photography and Video: Assist in photography or video shoots of luxury apartments to showcase their features and amenities. Content Optimization: Edit and optimize content for online platforms, ensuring it is SEO-friendly and aligns with our brand voice and messaging. Content Calendar: Collaborate with the team to help maintain a content calendar, ensuring consistent and strategic posting across various platforms. -Supervision: Throughout the internship, you will receive supervision and mentorship from a seasoned content creation professional. This mentorship will provide you with valuable insights and the opportunity to develop your content creation skills. -Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field. Strong writing and editing skills, with a creative flair for content creation. Basic photography and video skills are a plus but not required.
