AL is an average looking man, no more exciting than your average accountant that still wears an ill-fitting suit. He represents the old way of doing Competitive Intelligence - slow, unreliable, stubborn and frankly, lost. He is a bumbling fool that is convinced he is right. Verging on the traditional sense of nerd-y but also lacks self-awareness.
Ai is a refreshingly young and relatable person. She represents the new way of doing Competitive Intelligence - fast, reliable, intelligent, dilligent and caring. She's easy going and is willing to help, but also is somewhat done with AL's old ways and stubbornness, although she hides it well. She's bright and exudes that she is someone you would like to work with.
