About the project: Casting REAL PEOPLE & REAL STORIES – Brides, Grooms, Marriers, Wedding Party Members, Parents and Officiants for Wedding Fashion Digital Series in NYC, NJ, CT. Directors are casting a reality-style web series for a popular lifestyle brand, similar to “Say Yes to the Dress,” featuring brides, grooms, wedding party members, parents of the bride/groom, officiants, and any other important members of a wedding party. They are looking for people in unique situations for finding wedding attire and could use some expert guidance in finding their look. Is your wedding cross-cultural, and you want your attire to reflect that? Are you a non-binary marrier, or are in the wedding party, and need a look that reflects your gender identity? Are you blending families with your marriage, and want your kids to have a special look? Are you a “silver” bride or groom (over age 70)? Does your wedding have a unique theme or concept, and your look should match? If you are in a unique situation for finding a wedding look, directors want to hear from you. Rate: If you are selected, you will receive a $200 honorarium for your participation. They will organize pro-bono rental or purchase of your final wedding look with participating designers. Additional info: You must live in the NYC/NJ/CT area and/or be able to self-report to New York City for one day for filming. This will film in late August or early September.
