About the project: Synopsis: After a string of indie films no+ winning any film festivals, and receiving lukewarm reception, Charlie faces The mental and emotional challenges of finishing his latest movie. With his new friend Olivia, he will struggle to come to terms with why he wants to be a filmmaker. Rate: THIS IS A NON PAID GIG (but still a great experience!). Additional info: Shooting for the film will be taking place starting in July of 2023 and should be a 20 Day shoot. The days will be displaced based on the schedules of those working on the film. Charlie is the lead protagonist. Charlie looks to finish his greatest film yet, and after he wraps production, he doubts whether or not this film is actually going to change anything.
Luke is Charlie's best friend since elementary school and has been helping with filmmaking ever since Charlie started. He is a party lover, but still has The smarts and knowledge of understanding when responsibilities are at hand.
Olivia is a photographer who loves her work no matter what. Olivia is a renegade and doesn't really mind what people think; however, it is difficult for her to make new friends.
Alice is Charlie's older sister. Alice is a loving older sister but doesn't hesitate to make fun of her brother for his failed dating life. She tries to be the older sister and loving mother figure at the same time.
Emily is a fun, rambunctious friend and looks out of everyone. They do, sometimes, get a little loud when in the moment and can have a bossy attitude from time to time.
Olivia's mom is a loving and caring mother. She just recently settled a divorce that affected her and her daughter's relationship. She tries to look out for her daughter as best as she can.
