Seeking Equity actors for roles in Theatre's 2023-24 Season. Please see the breakdown below. Rate: LORT Non-Rep $1000 weekly minimum (LORT D). Additional info: Audition Break: 1:30-2:30 pm. EPA Procedures are in effect for this audition. An Equity Monitor will be provided. Equity’s contracts prohibit discrimination. Equity Performers of all racial and ethnic backgrounds, gender identities and expressions, and performers living with disabilities are encouraged to audition. PREPARATION: - Please prepare 2 contrasting short monologues. Auditions may not exceed 3 minutes total. Please bring two copies of your headshot and resume stapled together. Equity encourages everyone participating in the auditions to wear a two-ply cloth face mask, surgical mask, singer’s mask or respirator (N95, KN95 or KF94). Single-ply face masks, gaiters and bandanas are not recommended. Equity encourages members to prepare for their audition prior to arriving at the audition venue, to the extent that they can (e.g., get dressed, hair/make-up, etc.) to avoid crowding in bathrooms and dressing rooms. Theatre will provide reasonable accommodation to individuals who request it in advance. Accommodation requests may include but are not limited to: Large Print Materials, Social Narratives, and ASL Interpretation. The character breakdowns include gender specifications that reflect the identity of the characters as written by the playwrights.
