About the project: Matilda is a little girl with astonishing wit, intelligence, and a special power. She's unloved by her cruel parents but impresses her school teacher, Miss Honey. Trunchbull, the school's headmistress, hates children and makes the lives of her pupils as miserable as possible. Matilda and Trunchbull are on a collision course. Add an acrobat, an escapologist, a salsa dancer and some Russian thugs to the mix and you have a complete entertainment package.
