The Brand Ambassador will attend events to promote the company, as well as working on Social Media accounts and answering customer questions. •Brand Ambassador responsibilities are: Working directly with end-users to raise awareness and brand recognition •Monitor and respond to online comments from customers, forwarding these to the Marketing Department •Assist in organization of marketing events •Track preferences, buying trends, and feedback from customers •Have a thorough understanding of our products and brands, as well as employing word of mouth or in-person marketing techniques •Monitor, create, and share online reviews of our products
