About the project: Knockturnal is a psychological thriller film, casting one lead, one supporting, and one supporting child actor. Parent-child duo preferred. Story: Kat, a hardworking single mother, suddenly becomes troubled by mysterious banging on the windows and walls of her house. While trying to discover the source, she instead finds out something horrific: A methane leak in the house was causing her not only to hallucinate the banging, but her children too. (Supporting) Nonchalant, passive police officer. He is disinterested in the situation, and really just wants to get home. Nice enough, with no personal stake or empathy for Kat’s plight.
