Lead Rhett Baxter is a charismatic, silver-tongued mayoral candidate who knows how to work a room and win people over. Charming, confident, and politically ambitious, he believes he can talk his way through anything. But after contracting a bizarre virus that strips him of his ability to speak and understand English, Rhett is thrown into an increasingly frantic struggle to navigate a world that no longer makes sense to him.
Supporting Role Rhett's campaign manager and closest professional counterpart, Dolores is sharp, capable, and unafraid to challenge him. While she understands the political game, she isn't willing to overlook Rhett's hypocrisy or questionable decisions. She serves as one of the few people willing to tell him what he doesn't want to hear.
Supporting Role Nora Delgado is Rhett's mayoral opponent and the picture of a polished, capable political candidate. Composed, articulate, and seemingly everything a candidate should be, she stands in stark contrast to Rhett's increasingly chaotic world. SEEKING: An actor who can project confidence, professionalism, and authority with a poised, believable performance. Strong public-speaking skills and a natural on-camera presence are a plus.
