PRINCIPAL LEAD. A fiercely independent queer woman. She generally doesn't like asking for help- although if there's anyone she'll let see behind that mask, it's her younger brother Matt. Milena is a former student of Tumblr/high school loner who, now that she has the friend group/apartment/life of her dreams, wants nothing but to put the past behind her and protect and nurture her new life with all that she's got.
SUPPORTING. A music lover who you could spot as a younger brother to an older sister from a mile away. Part mischief, part #1 support system and confidante, Matt is probably the best guy you know. Loves to appear casual and nonchalant, but is actually deeply emotionally literate- both about himself and in his understanding of others.
SUPPORTING. An ethereal woman in both vibe and dress. Cami is endearingly open; she doesn't mind oversharing about her own life or prying into others', but always in a curious, nonjudgmental way. Growing up, she was a bit odd, which was a big no-no in her small town. So, she learned to be quiet, always observing. Now, it's like she's making up for lost time, being weird on her own terms.
SUPPORTING. Milena's freespirited roommate.
Preferably transgender. Dry, sarcastic, and funny.
Joanie's best friend. Chilled-out and positive vibe.
