Theater Audition for "Macbeth" Play
ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. Looking for young female/femme/non-binary actors to submit for a witchy themed take on Shakespeare’s tragedy about power, control and magic. See the details below. Rate: Non union. Volunteer. Snacks will be provided at rehearsals. Additional information: Rehearsals: Nov. 20th 6:30pm- 10pm, Nov. 21st 10am-6pm, Nov. 26th 6:30pm-10pm and Nov. 28th 1pm onwards. Performance: November 28th 7:30pm. To be performed with scripts in hand with minimal but lively props and costumes enhance the experience for cast and audience alike. Wife of Macbeth, Power hunger and formidable, convinces Macbeth to kill the king.
Scottish Lord, very honourable, fights to end Macbeth's reign of terror over Scotland.
Will be playing Duncan (king of Scotland), Murderer 1, and Rosse (Scottish Lord who fights against Macbeth).
