"I’m Going to Beat You to Death With the Cuck Chair" short film casting actors. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE CONSIDERED. Please see the roles below. About the project: Genre: Comedy. Logline: When Douglas’s wife wants to experiment inside their relationship, he begrudgingly accepts and ends up heckled by the very chair that he is stuck sitting in. Rate: Unpaid; snacks and meals will be provided, as well as a copy of final film and footage. Additional info: Non-union. Directors will be accepting self tape auditions at this time. Shooting schedule: November 7-8th. Filming location: Denver/Aurora area. Content warning: mature themes. Simulated drug use and sexual themes. NO on screen intimacy or nudity. 18+ actors only. SUPPORTING. Douglas’s enthusiastic, but dismissive wife, looking for a little excitement.
SUPPORTING. A trash-talking, dominant sex worker, helping give Rachel a new experience.
LEAD (VO). A talking chair that heckles Douglas through his entire awkward experience. VO only.
