Casting actors for "Corporate Ladder" project. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE CONSIDERED. See the roles below. About the project: A comedic drama about a dedicated woman fighting for a promotion at work. Her biggest competition? An alien that only she can notice. Additional info: ACTRA or Non Union. Filming between Oct 25-31st. Directors encourage submissions from underrepresented communities including persons who identify as Black, Indigenous, Persons of Color, D/deaf and/or disabled, and LGBTQIA2S+. They invite non-binary and gender diverse performers to apply for all roles at their own discretion. When applying, please include headshots. Sides for self tapes and auditions will be sent out to those selected.

Young to middle aged. A hard working woman who wants to earn the big promotion at her company. With not many friends, she believes things will get better once she is the boss.
Young to middle aged. A candidate from a different branch and she just wants to give it her best shot. Cheery and friendly, she wants to fit in and experience all she can. Curious, quirky but also not fully socially aware.
Older. The currant boss of the company. Well put together but is ready to retire. Rather rude with backhanded statements towards both candidates.
