About the project: Synopsis: "I Forgive You" is a short drama about Noor, a young woman attending her father’s funeral while carrying the weight of the abuse she experienced from him. As she prepares to deliver his eulogy, she must decide whether to preserve the version of him everyone else remembers or confront the truth she has kept hidden. Rate: Non union. Voluntary/Unpaid Transport and food will be provided. Additional information: Filming Dates: November 14-16th 2026. Location: Brampton and other locations TBD. Lead. A guarded yet expressive young woman, she is torn between wanting to tell the truth and fearing the consequences. Deeply introspective and caught between love and resentment, she has never truly been allowed to exist just as a daughter.
Supporting. Remembered by most as warm, charismatic and devoted to his family, he is charming on the surface. Beneath it, he hides a darker reality known only to Noor, capable of genuine affection while causing profound harm.
Supporting. She values stability and appearances, often choosing silence over confrontation. There is a quiet sense that she understands more than she admits, but she keeps control by refusing to disrupt the narrative.
