About the project: Elayna’s Gift follows an 11-year-old girl whose small act of kindness toward a homeless veteran sets in motion a series of events that brings two families together. It is a story about compassion, family, second chances, and the gifts that cannot be wrapped. Rate: Paid. Additional info: This is an early casting process, so directors are looking to find the right people now and continue the conversation as production gets closer. Steady, likable, naturally funny, and compassionate. He becomes an important part of David’s story.
David’s wife. She still cares about him, but there is real hurt and history between them. This role depends a lot on restraint and honest emotion.
