About the project: Ana, a geology teacher and cartographer, discovers ancient human bones with an invisible yet tangible skull buried in a soil known as Black Earth. Her search for the skull’s origin draws her into an intimate connection with the living soil itself. Rate: $1,500 - 90 hours of work Additional info: Two scenes involve brief, non-sexual nudity. In the first, the character's body is largely covered by soil. A brief glimpse of their rear is visible. The moment is short and abstract with the body never fully exposed. In a distant long shot, the character undresses in the woods, implying full nudity. Due to the distance, framing, and natural cover of bushes and trees, no explicit details or body parts are visible on screen. Both scenes will be filmed on a closed set with only essential crew present. Performers are welcome to bring a support person. The scenes will be discussed with sensitivity in advance. Shooting three days/week (Friday-Sunday) over four weekends. The first weekend is in Fall 2026, and the following three will be filmed in Spring 2027. The shoot dates for Fall 2026 are currently flexible and can accommodate the schedule of the lead actress. All filming will take place in San Diego, CA. Please apply if interested
