About the project: Income Property is back, with real estate and renovation expert Scott McGillivray helping a new generation of homeowners tackle the rising cost of homeownership by putting their properties to work and unlocking new income potential. Do you own a property with untapped income potential? Want to generate additional revenue, reimagining an underused space, increase your property's value, or make your investment work harder for you? Scott is ready to help bring your vision to life. Additional info: Be prepared to be on camera and for work on your property to start in Fall 2026/Winter 2027. To be eligible you must: - Own the property you're applying for - The property you're applying for is located in the GTA - A minimum $50,000 homeowner-funded renovation budget is required to participate - will change depending on scope - Agree to temporarily relocate during construction, if required
