About the project: 9 to 5, with music and lyrics by the legendary Dolly Parton and book by Patricia Resnick, is based on the 1980 hit movie with the same name. Violet (the Lily Tomlin character), Judy (the Jane Fonda character) and Doralee (the Dolly Parton character) are three coworkers working ... 9 to 5 ... in the late 1970s who concoct a plan to get even with their sexist, egotistical boss, Franklin Hart. While Hart remains "otherwise engaged," the women give their workplace a dream makeover, taking control of the company that had always kept them down. Please apply if interested.
