"Sol The Musical" Looking for Performers

About the project: Young dreamer Marisol Valencia resides with her mother and grandparents in a small town of San Pedro in the Philippines. During the yearly Sampaguita festival, Marisol’s mother Claudette finally unveils the truth about her past with Marisol’s father Lorenzo, who immigrated to the United States after serving in the U.S Navy. While attempting resolutions, Marisol and Claudette discover a deeper meaning of acceptance, forgiveness, and family Additional info: Callbacks/Additional Audition Day- Monday 11/02 5-8pm lease come prepared with: Acting: A prepared monologue approximately 1 minute in length. Vocal: Approximately 1 minute of a song (ideally a verse and chorus) that best showcases your voice. You may sing a cappella or bring sheet music for accompaniment. Dance/Movement: A short choreography combination will be taught during the audition, so no prepared dance is necessary. Cold Reads: Please be prepared for possible cold readings from the script during your audition. Please apply if interested.
