Quiet, exhausted, and morally conflicted. She hides behind oaring for Grandma until her sisters force her to confront how stuck she has become.
The eldest and primary caretaker. Sharp, controlling, practical, and deeply burnt out after sacrificing years of her own life for the family.
The youngest sister. Eccentric, impulsive, and outspoken, uning humor and absurdity to cope with the increasingly dark situstion.
The sisters' beloved, bedridden grandmother. Mostly nonverbal and physically frail, but her breathing and presence loom over every moment of the film.
