About the project: Arabesque follows Lyla, a 16-year-old competitive dancer struggling with unexplained chronic symptoms that doctors cannot diagnose. As her condition begins to interfere with school, family life, and her passion: dance, Lyla tries to balance her passions and pain. Dance easily became an outlet for Lyla, a space to feel balanced. Now her symptoms interfere with her passion and safe space. She has to face the physical and emotional toll of living in pain while fighting to be believed, all while focusing on an important competition coming up. Please apply if interested
