Casting actors for a Maryland insurance company commercial. Please find the details below. ONLY MD & LOCAL TALENT WILL BE CONSIDERED. Rate: $500 flat rate per role (est. 10 hours). Flat day rate for grandson role to be confirmed upon booking. Payment terms: Net 45. Full buyout usage for marketing and promotional purposes. Additional info: Shoot date: October 27, 2026 Location: Greater Baltimore area (Towson and/or Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Carroll, Harford, Howard, and Queen Anne's counties — location still being finalized) Non-union Talent must provide own transportation. Travel, lodging, and additional expenses are not provided or reimbursed. Must be comfortable working on a commercial construction site, being on a boat and on the water, and crabbing or fishing. Lead. Walt is a small business construction owner and grandfather with an authentic, natural presence. He should read as racially ambiguous, potentially White/European with Hispanic/Latino heritage. He appears at a commercial construction site and in a water sequence on a boat, crabbing or possibly fishing. Must be comfortable on the water and riding in a boat or fishing near the water; experience operating a small boat is a plus. One-day shoot anticipated. Non-union.
Lead. Safety Consultant is a female workers’ compensation representative, reading as Black/African Descent. Her role in this is to oversee safety at the commercial construction site and interact directly with Walt. Needed only at the construction location. Non-union. Must be local to Maryland and provide own transportation. Travel, lodging, and any additional expenses are not provided or reimbursed.
