Casting Performers for "Land of the Dead" Play
Talent wanted for "William Shakespeare's Land of the Dead: A True and Accurate Account of the 1599 Zombie Plague" with the Utah Shakespeare Festival. See the breakdown below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE CONSIDERED. Rate: LORT B: $1,213 weekly minimum. Additional info: Contract Dates: May 3 – October 2, 2027. All roles will be understudied. Performers will appear in more than one show. Non-singers: prepare either a 1½-minute Shakespeare monologue (no sonnets) or a 1½-minute contemporary monologue. Singers: prepare a 1½-minute Shakespeare monologue (no sonnets) and 16 bars of a Broadway-style song showing range and vocal prowess. Equity membership card required.
