Ideally you already have: experience creating short-form UGC; a portfolio or examples of previous work; confidence with talking-head, POV, storytelling, app demos, voiceovers or relatable TikTok/Reels-style content; Extra relevant if you already create content around: chronic illness, chronic pain, recovery, wellness or fitness. Personal experience with chronic illness is a big plus because the company is built for people dealing with real health ups and downs — but it’s not required. Follower count is not the main thing.
