Non-Union Talent Needed for Upcoming Government PSA Shoot

Casting non-union on-camera talent for a government PSA. See the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE CONSIDERED. Rate: $1,350 per talent (full buyout in-perpetuity). Additional info: Shoot date: One 10-hour day — either 9/21, 9/22, or 9/23. Location: Alexandria, VA. Format: 2 x :15 PSA spots (one male, one female). Usage: Government PSA, full buyout in-perpetuity. Non-local talent within a 2–3 hour driving distance may be considered; cost of flights is not covered. Talent must be able to coordinate their own transportation. Mileage stipend and capped per diem available for non-local talent (breakfast and lunch provided on shoot day for all talent). Cost-covered accommodation available for the night before the shoot and the night the shoot wraps for non-local talent who prefer to travel ahead of the shoot day; alternate accommodations are the responsibility of the talent. Submissions due no later than 10 AM ET on 9/14. Self-taped video submissions. When applying, please send the following: 1. Standing slate. 2. Standing script read of VO lines only, delivered to-camera. 3. Standing sample of 3–4 on-screen actions: — Male role: washing or chopping fruits/vegetables, prepping a cutting board, laying items on a baking sheet, etc. — Female role: various forms of stretching, simple/light exercises with bodyweight or light dumbbells, simple standing yoga poses, etc. Slate, script read, and action demonstration must be kept distinctly separate — do not combine the read to-camera and the action demonstration. Talent should appear upbeat, positive, and energetic throughout the audition.
