About the project: A satirical dark comedy following three twenty-something sisters trapped caring for their 101-year-old grandmother around the clock — and questioning just how far they’re willing to go to finally reclaim their lives. Quiet, exhausted, and morally conflicted. She hides behind caring for Grandma until her sisters force her to confront how stuck she has become.
The eldest and primary caretaker. Sharp, controlling, practical, and deeply burnt out after sacrificing years of her own life for the family.
The youngest sister. Eccentric, impulsive, and outspoken, using humor and absurdity to cope with the increasingly dark situation.
The sisters' beloved, bedridden grandmother. Mostly nonverbal and physically frail, but her breathing and presence loom over every moment of the film.
