3 roles
(27) A fierce single mother of two and aspiring country singer from Glasgow recently released from a year-long prison sentence for drug trafficking—for which she continues to insist she was unaware of what was in the package. Now, she is weighed down in balancing her lifelong dream of country music stardom in Nashville and the responsibilities of raising two children. Must be a great country singer.
Covers two roles. SAM/AS CAST: Male, Late 30s-50. Susannah's husband. From a working-class background, he now runs his own successful conservatory business. Sexy, shrewd, hard-edged - not entirely friendly. ALAN BOYNE/AS CAST: Male, Late 30s-50. Alan has taken over as the lead singer in Rose-Lynn's band whilst she's been in prison. A cheesy crooner. Absolutely smackable. Looking for highly skilled singers and strong movers.
To cover multiple roles in the ensemble such as a nurse, a receptionist, and Rose-Lynn's fellow prison inmates. Highly skilled singers and strong movers required.
