About the project: Patrick Barlow's adaptation of Charles A Christmas Carol retells the classic Charles Dickens story using just five actors, quick-fire character changes, simple props, and physical comedy. Additional info: To audition, please prepare a one-minute comedic monologue. You may be asked to read a side on the same day as the audition, so please prepare to be available or stay for the entire time if you are asked to do so. Rehearsal dates: October 12, 2026-November 25, 2026. Weekday rehearsal times: 7:00pm-10:00pm. Weekend rehearsal times: 6:00pm-9:00pm. Rehearsals will NOT be daily, a more specific breakdown will be sent upon casting. Performance dates: December 3, 2026- December 20, 2026, Thursdays-Saturdays at 8:00pm, Saturdays & Sundays at 2:00pm. If you are interested, please apply.

These four actors split the remaining roles, constantly shifting identities with hats, coats, & physical traits. They portray: The Ghosts: Jacob Marley, Ghost of Christmas Past, Ghost of Christmas Present, & Ghost of Christmas Yet to Come. The Cratchit Family: Bob Cratchit, Mrs. Cratchit, & Tiny Tim. Scrooge’s Past & Present: Fred (Scrooge's nephew), Fan (Scrooge's sister), Mr. and Mrs. Fezziwig, and Belle. Others: The charity collectors, businessmen, portly gentlemen, carolers, and townspeople.
