About the project: Casting charismatic, high-energy performers to join elite event entertainment team for luxury corporate events, galas, celebrity guest lists, mitzvahs, and private celebrations throughout the NYC area. If you love performing, dancing, entertaining crowds, and creating unforgettable experiences, directors would love to meet you. As a motivational dancer/event performer, you'll work alongside DJs and MCs to energize the dance floor, interact with guests, and help create an incredible party atmosphere. This is a performance-based role where personality, confidence, and stage presence matter just as much as dance ability. Looking for performers who naturally command attention, connect with people, and bring contagious energy to every event. Rate: Starting pay: $350 per event + tips. Typical event length: approximately 4 hours. Regular performers typically earn $400–$600+ per event. This is a freelance, non-contract position with opportunities for consistent weekend bookings for outstanding performers. Additional info: Ideal candidates are: - Dancers, actors, models, cheerleaders, performers, or entertainers - Confident, polished, and camera-ready with a professional appearance - Naturally outgoing and comfortable engaging with guests of all ages - Excellent movers with strong rhythm and performance ability - Positive, reliable, punctual, and professional - Able to perform in front of large crowds with enthusiasm and confidence - Available on weekends - Professional dance training is a plus, but it is not required. Directors care most about exceptional energy, charisma, stage presence, and the ability to keep a crowd excited and engaged.
