Well-dressed, clean-cut, intelligent. A transplant doctor who believes he is saving lives by sacrificing one. Charismatic, controlled, and morally convinced, he uses reason, guilt, and authority to manipulate Toby into ending his own life. Beneath his calm exterior is arrogance, contempt, and a dangerous belief that some lives are worth less than others.
Disheveled, exhausted, emotionally worn. Struggling with debt, divorce, and loss, Toby believes his life has no value-until a small spark of love from his daughter reminds him he still wants to live. His refusal to die sparks a confrontation that changes everything.
Both actors must be roughly the same physical site and told Neither character can visually twarf or physically dominate the other. Think of this dynamic like two male lions one has Teeth but no claws, the other has claws but no teeth Both are incredibily dangerous, and lioth know that a real.
